Eric Gang is the founder and managing partner of Gang & Associates, LLC, a law company specialized in military veterans' representation in Washington, D.C. Gang controls the day-to-day operations of Gang & Associates and leads a team of skilled attorneys and support staff.
Increased ratings claims, service-connection claims, CAVC appeals, DIC (dependence and indemnity compensation), and TDIU are only some of the legal issues Gang's firm tackles for his clients. Gang specializes on PTSD and traumatic brain injuries for veterans. Gang also handles a few qui tam cases involving defense contractor and SDVOSB fraud.
Eric Gang and his colleagues have assisted hundreds of veterans in obtaining favorable decisions from government agencies such as the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC), the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Gang has also helped injured and disabled veterans collect tens of millions of dollars.
Work as a Teacher
Eric Gang also teaches C.E. (continuing education) seminars on legal concerns affecting injured veterans in addition to his practice as an attorney. Gang is currently a lecturer for the National Business Institute and a member of Lawline.com's faculty.
For the State Bar Association, Rossdale, and the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education, Gang has also taught continuing legal education (CLE) courses.
Authorship
Eric Gang is a co-author of two books on VA benefits appeals. Betrayal of Valor, his third novel, is set to be released in the near future.
Gang has also authored a number of educational materials for injured soldiers and their legal representatives. Gang's work has also appeared in The Federal Lawyer and other publications.
